Items We Accept

We accept pre-owned luxury handbags, shoes, and accessories from approved designer brands. Items must meet the following criteria:

In one of our condition levels: Beloved Keepsake, Vintage Darling, Cherished Treasure, or Pristine Perfection.

Selling Process

Step 1: Submit item details and photos through our online form.

Step 2: Our team will review your submission and confirm if the item can be accepted.

Step 3: Once authenticated, we will issue a buyout quote.

Step 4: If you accept the quote, send us your item using our prepaid shipping label.

Step 5: You will receive your payment immediately once the item has been received and validated.

Right to Refuse Items

We reserve the right to refuse items for any of the following reasons:

The item does not meet our standards for authenticity or quality.

The item shows excessive wear, damage, or defects that compromise its resale value.

The brand or product does not align with our approved list of luxury designers.

The item was inaccurately described or misrepresented during the submission process.

If your item is declined, you will be notified, and we will provide options to:

Return the item to you at no cost.

Donate the item to a charity of your choice (upon your approval).

Pricing and Buyout Offers

Once you accept the quote, the payment amount will not change unless the item’s condition upon receipt differs from the original description.

Final Sale Policy

All transactions for selling items to The Ambry Luxury Resale are final. Once we have issued payment, the item becomes our property, and no further claims can be made.
